Glad I tried this restaurant not sure I would come back The chef Denis martin definitely how to surprise you with the combination of flavors. The ovomaltine dish is definitely my favorite. A real surprise for the mouth ! Two young waiters serving you with a huge smile and very hospitable, however it was not the case for the third waiter. As for the ambiance, I found the decor of the restaurant a bit vanished. Also, by looking at the review I see that people ate the same thing 3 years ago. For the price, I would have expected a bit more ambition on the molecular part. All in all, delicious food but I think it lacks a bit of that ' 'wow ' ' effect
Definitely, something to experience at least once in the life! Denis' vision is really interesting and I appreciated all of the entrées of the menu. Some entrée where really fantastic. I particularly enjoyed the langustine. The show was also interesting, there's something to learn for everyday life, and other things that will make you appreciate more Denis' menu.
