Words can’t describe the food is so I’ll use numbers. Brisket burger 1/10 Ribs 5/10 Mac and cheese 3/10 Got the brisket burger to take away. After 3 bites and a lot of chewing with no flavour, I went to give it to the dog and my partner said to throw it in the bin instead as it was that bad. Shocking beyond belief they would recommend this off the menu when it’s that bad. Tasted like it was cooked a week ago and reheated in the microwave to remove the last of the moisture. After a friend telling me to go back as it was a once off this is what I got 2nd time round. Raw burger and stinking attitude from staff incl shift manager David Ordered food picked it up and took it home Both burgers were raw in the middle Called up and was told by “juan” I could have a replacement and a refund if I brought back Drove back in was given replacement but when asked about my refund was told it’s one or the other spoke to some shift manager with a stinking attitude saying I couldn’t have a refund if I took the replacement. No apology for wasting my time and fuel having to come back to allow them to fix their mistake. Had heard good things about this place. However, I left very disappointed! Really love the idea wish it better in all ways! I will start with the positives good drinks selection, and the staff I did interact with were lovely. the food however was a massive let down! Everything was bland lacked any authentic bbq flavour or any flavour at all really. I liked the idea of the relaxed counter service but the restaurant itself very chaotic nobody actually seemed to be in control. The most worry thing though was hygiene the place was not clean! I witnessed one chef scratch his head and continue to cook and another wipe his sweat off his face and carry on everything felt grubby.
Food was abysmal at best. Finally got my food 20 minutes after my friend got his,even though we ordered at the same time and same order. The onion rings were black and burned to a cinder,bacon on the chicken burger burnt to a crisp. Not a good look guys having a chef with a big scraggly beard and no hairnet! £26 down the drain Please avoid this dump like the plague

My favourite burger place in Glasgow. I always get a granny boab with cheese and Cajun fries, it never disappoints. The bbq sauce is amazing as well! The staff are super friendly and always go above and beyond. Can’t recommend enough!! :
Really fantastic burgers and fries. As good if not better than any I have had. Small place great staff decent prices. Would look to return next time in Glasgow
Food not good to much sauce on the wings over powering .Ribs rub was over powering and to much used so it was gritty ,onion rings burnt so disappointing
The Pittsburg would have been great if the burgers didn’t have too much black pepper in them. The menu looks really good as well.
