We have always appreciated the food and service at Denny's. However, during our last visit, we were informed that my husband, a 100% disabled Vietnam veteran, could no longer receive the veteran's discount unless he was in uniform. This is particularly surprising given that this restaurant is located near the VA Outpatient clinic in Cambridge, MD. I was shocked by this policy, as they refused to accept his VA-issued photo ID as proof of his veteran status. As a result, we will no longer be frequenting Denny's. I came here with my dad and brothers and really enjoyed the time we had. The waiter was nice and went above and beyond, and the food was amazingly good.A couple months ago, I probably wouldn't have gave the same review, but they have really improved recently in how they're doing things and I hope they continue. They could definitely use some more hands around the diner but that's not a personal gripe to me. ??

Absolutely delicious burgers!!! On March 9, 2024, I decided to give them another shot. They just need a bit more staff to improve the service. Aside from that, everything was great!!!
We had Troy for our family dinner, and he was incredibly friendly and attentive! We will definitely be returning and will make sure to request him again.
