Everything was great at Denny's during our visits; we go there occasionally. However, our last experience was disappointing. We weren't served right away, and some customers who arrived after us were attended to promptly. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes before someone took our order. I'm not sure who was in charge on the left side of the restaurant, but we finally managed to get Ms. Brenda's attention to place our orders. I hope this won’t happen again during our next visit.
The staff puts in a great effort! I absolutely love this restaurant for dinner and spending quality time with my family! I've been coming here since I was five years old, and I have so many wonderful memories associated with this place, especially as a go-to spot for last-minute gatherings with everyone!
Although the employees were fairly nice my food was horrible. I decided to order pot roast as I wanted something more tender to eat. However I got tough and chewy meat in cubes atop mashed potatoes. It did NOT look appetizing. Saying I was disappointed isan understatement.
