Without diving into too much detail, since at the end of the day this is a Denny's, this location stands out from the rest in the area in that the food that is prepared is always fresh, hot and is plated great.I would give it a higher rating but the thing that prevents me from doing that is the often long wait times and the staff could be a little more accommodating.Other than that this location is great during the week when it's not too rushed and as Gordon Ramsay has said before (again, for all you foodies I'm aware this is a Denny's haha), Wait times don't matter. As long as it's good when the customer tastes it, then it's a good meal
I had ordered a delivery through Grubhub and it was almost an hour late so I called the store. A hispanic man picked up the phone and got very belligerent with me about my pickup so I asked to speak to the Manager. Instead of getting the Manager, the man said you F**cking Ni**er and hung up on me. I called back to the store for the Manager for over 3 hours but they quit answering the phone. I spoke to a regional manager and the store manager the next day. They told me they were sorry and would take care of this problem. This hispanic man is still working there today and they did nothing about this racist!
This Denny's is absolutely delicious, I have had breakfast, lunch and dinner and they never disappoint their customer service is spot on and I have never had any problems with my food. I also have placed orders through UberEats, the food is always well packed and they give out plenty of condiments and utensils. I love this Denny's and recommend it to anyone who is near the area to give them a try.
The service was good, just all over the place. They expressed they were tired and had not had a break in a long while. My issue was a man who kept ranting to everyone and cleaning tables. Food was good but didn't like the unprofessional part and again if this was my employee who kept ranting so loud around the customers I would have sent him home right away. This was Christmas day at night.
Dennys has the best nachos believe it or not. Late night 3 am visit us and one other couple who were a bit older were in attendance. The server was funny and kind and accommodating. Clean inside and prompt friendly service. I did need to seek her out a few times to ask for things by that i mean physically get up and find her so thats why it wasnt quite 5 star material
My friends and I love going to Denny's. The atmosphere is great, the food is delicious, and the staff are wonderful. They have a good selection of vegetarian options that cater to different preferences. I really enjoyed the vegetarian dishes I tried. Parking is easy and the restaurant is very kid-friendly.
