The pancakes were incredibly fluffy and the best I've had in a long time. The Eggs Benedict had perfectly cooked, runny yolks and a thick Hollandaise sauce with just the right amount of lemon to complement the delicious eggs. The Hash Browns provided a perfect contrast to the dish. Our server was very friendly and had a great sense of humor. The Grand Slamwich was also a fantastic choice with maple spread on the outside, adding a delicious flavor that paired well with the generous portion of ham. It was filled with plenty of egg and meat, almost like a bacon and sausage omelette!
Nostalgia. First feeling I got walking in the door. Remembering childhood meals with family and friends. The similar look and feel as it had from my younger days. Still the same quality service and food I remember from my youth. Staff was kind and apologetic. Looking forward to another trip down Memory Lane one day.
Food was good. Fresh mushrooms not canned. Large portions. Good value. Our server, Vanessa, was friendly and we appreciated her service. The other server working the floor was not so friendly and actually argued with our server about who was going to take our table. Less than welcoming.
We received excellent service despite our server being the only one working the tables. It was a challenging situation, but she handled it well and the food was delicious. She deserves recognition for her hard work. Thank you to her and all who work in the service industry.
