After a long and tiring flight that took me from Dallas to Tucson, Phoenix, Vegas, and finally to LAX, I had my first experience at Denny's. Once I checked into a nearby hotel, my friends and I decided to stop by for a meal. I was pleasantly surprised by how polite the staff was, and the food was genuinely enjoyable—especially the strawberry lemonade, which was incredibly refreshing. Since there isn't a Denny's in Jamaica, I'm looking forward to visiting the one in Rowland Heights, CA, because of the delicious food and wonderful service. I would definitely recommend this location to any of my Jamaican friends visiting California!
What?s wrong it is? I order 3 items and gave him $4.33 tips(my food is $17.97)only gave me one. I think I need to get my money back. There?re almost $10. I called them twice, the lady answered my phone but she didn?t want to report to their manager tosolve the problem, instead, she asked me to call their manager tomorrow morning by myself. So I don?t know what she was doing,only answer the phone but she won?t do customer service and solve the problem for customers? Then she just hang up. ????????????
I enjoyed a fantastic meal at Denny's today and would recommend it to anyone who lives or works in the area. The restaurant was quite empty this afternoon, which contributed to a pleasant experience. I might come back soon. Next time, I wish I had asked for fresh fruit instead of hash browns; replacing the cheese in my veggie omelet with fresh fruit would have made the meal healthier. I suggest that Denny's consider expanding their menu to include a wider variety of healthy breakfast options.
This place is awesome, me and my boyfriend is having breakfast and this place was a bit busy and let me tell you even tho this place is pretty busy in the morning you can see the manager checking on their customers and even helping on the floor helpingher servers giving refills on drinks coffee even delivering the food on our table! She?s just awesome! I?ve never seen anymanger be on the floor helping their servers. Our server Manny is funny and attentive I will definitely be coming back.

It took 30 minutes wait to be seated and 50 minutes for 2 breakfast orders to be cooked. This location has staffing issues. There were many empty tables and only 80% were seated. They kept a long line of people waiting. The food took a long timeprobably due to severally understaffed in the kitchen. They have 2 hosts stood in the front yet they?re only seating peopleevery 1/2 hour. We ordered the value slam which really should take no more than 5 minutes to make if they?re efficient.
Order made ur own The waiter is nice, he also tell us how to order to get better deal. The food is not bad, was just craving for pancakes. The sausage link doesnt feel liike sausage link tho
Waitress had refill of eggs and hash brown well done before he finished his last bite of first round! Manager and server worked very well together despite breakfast rush
The staff is so polite! First time here out of state and the hospitality is great. Food came very quickly to my table too.
