I had the pleasure of visiting Washington and enjoyed breakfast at this restaurant. The place was clean, especially the bathroom, and it was easily accessible for me as I use a wheelchair. We were greeted with cheerful and professional service. My partner and I had an excellent breakfast. I specifically requested silver dollar-sized pancakes, as I’m not a fan of large pancakes. Although Denny's doesn’t typically offer them, our server kindly accommodated my request and provided pancakes that were just the right size. I had stopped going to Denny's a year ago because when they reopened after the pandemic, everything was horrible, the food, the place, the glasses, forks, the only good thing was that the waitress was really nice. Yesterday I decided to give it a try again but it was even worse, I ordered breakfast as a Father's Day surprise and they forgot to send half of the order, half! Thanks for that surprise, they ruined our breakfast, I can understand if they forget something like a drink or a side but their mistake was brutal! your service is incompetent and the red skin potatoes were burnt and greasy. never ever! and I will encourage many not to visit or order food in this restaurant, nobody deserve...
My experience at this franchise was quite average. Everything was in order, which was fine. The chicken tenders were decent, and the flaming burger was acceptable, though it reminded me of a cheaper version of a Red Robin burger. However, I advise against ordering the boneless chicken wings with Nashville hot sauce, as they were not spicy and overly salty. It seemed like the staff had no real understanding of authentic Nashville flavor. One waitress was busy attending to the tables, so that felt a bit disorganized. Overall, I would say it’s an option if you have no other choices.
The stars are for the SERVICE! When we went in here, about one table in three was in use. However, there was ONLY ONE server manager cashier on the floor the entire time. Despite staffing shortages, MEME had the whole house well in hand. She got everything done on time and in the right time and done properly the first time! EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! As for the menu and food quality, it was the usual Denny 's menu and at the usual prices. It was delivered temperature--appropriate and in an appetizing manner. No complaints. Came here At around 1130 and ordered. It took over an hour to get our food almost 80 minutes. With no more than 5 tables in the restaurant t. 30 minutes to get our order taken. There was absolutely no sense of urgency whatsoever. No refills. No hussle whatsoever. What normally would take an hour to take our order and eat and pay turned into 3 hours. Avoid this place as much as possible.
The service at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. Our waitress, Diana, was quite rude while taking our order. She brought my drink without a straw, even though she had a straw for the drink at another table. When I needed to call her back to remind her about the straw I had ordered, she was nowhere to be found. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
16 bucks for a single dairy-free omelette is a complete rip off. And I have no guarantee that they cracked eggs and don't use some egg mix from a carton. Hey look they put cheese on it and cooked the veggies in oil instead of fresh.I got the same thing in Aberdeen for 9.27 including a tip. And they didn't SCREW THE THING UP.
Visiting my hubby who is consulting in Seattle. The service was the best I've ever had. He was witty, quick, saucy( in such a good way) became my most memorable moment of the trip.
