Unfortunately these people didn’t want to serve black people and it was clear. When me and my party of 8 came in the hostess was nice and was about to serve us until someone came from the back and said they would have to ask the manager if they could serve us. The manager then came up and stated that unfortunately she couldn’t seat or serve us and the place was almost empty however it was only white people there. It’s sad how we are moving back in time. Hope the best for all of them. Black people take your black dollars elsewhere because evidently it’s not wanted or needed.
if I could leave a -5, I would. I came to dinner and was greeted with hostility. lady asked how many and my fiancée two said while I was standing behind him, reacted to an important text about a family member, and the hostess declined from being on my handy. not sure why what I'm doing on my phone is important when we still react with them and interact with them but go on. looked down at our stand and I am up and down immediately. pay their personal better and rent them more people so that these workers are not stressed and tired so that we can get better customer service!
if I gave ZERO stars. a customer who picks up an order told us they were closed. and the last work of the register looked like a brain in lights and agreed with it. it was 19:45 clock. they had just sat a group of people and given them menus when we arrived. we left and called the main number and they told us that after what they know they are open to customers. this has now happened twice within one month and one half at this point. please do you like one and go to the 27th street location, they are always pleasant and accommodating!
great! my first time I'm here? now I'm back to the 2nd round and already I'm faced with a waiter setting bcuz, I asked for a stand for 4ppl they were disturbed why I asked. After I sat down and took our drinks, I was brought back cold watered coffee? now I knew I should have been standing up and going out, but I didn't ask for a hot freshly made sarg and waited and waited. 10-15min on 1 cup hot sarg smh! I don't think I'm back for round 3? Réservez une table maintenant
we both had the fit slim'. an excellent tasting plate of cube white with fresh spinach, grape tomatoes, turkey bacon strip, English muffin and a generous part of the fruit. all this and only 450 calories! both waitresses were on extended work layers, but were very pleasant.
