Desmond's Island Soul Grill

Extremely disappointed! I have been to Desmond 's many times so I have come to know that waiting an hour for your food is the norm. This time I tried something new,ordering online. I ordered at 7:10; the website said my order would be ready by 7:45....we didn 't get our food until 8:50; (almost 2 hours!! ...with not even a simple sorry for your wait! I 'm completely done! I know losing my business is not going to matter much but, come on...do better!

The vegan food options are delicious truly soulful. I recommend the jackfruit BBQ sandwich, vegan Mac, rasta pasta, lentil empanandas crabcake sandwich! Definitely expect to wait a good amount of time for your food- if you order online or over the phone, expect to wait an additional 15-30 mins after initial pick up time.

This is not my first time coming here. The owners are very patient. They food is amazing. Great place to start your vegan journey or to just try something new! I recommend the Jerk BBQ for first time! Sweet potatoes, and Tomato dried Rasta pasta is bomb.Food: 5/5

My portion was way smaller than the first time I came and the j mushrooms were extremely salty. I wanted to replace it with another entree but I didn 't want to be THAT person. I paid 30 bucks for a very small portion.The workers are very sweet though.

I've eaten at Desmond's twice so far and both times it was excellent! Really nice staff and delicious food. I highly recommend the lentil burger.Food: 5/5
