DWC has really declined in quality. It used to be my favorite place for wings. It seems like they have changed their ranch recipe, it used to be creamy and thick with Parmesan in the sauce, now it is thin and tastes like something you can get for free at a fast food restaurant. The fry sauce also tastes different, like it is missing paprika now. The portions of fries have decreased, my large fry that I share with my partner was smaller than last time. It is possible that this restaurant just had a bad night, but my friends have had the same experience. I would suggest that if your wholesale food costs have increased to the point where you are lowering the quality, it would be better to raise...
This past Saturday, I ordered chicken tenders combo for take-out, and I specifically told the cashier I wanted my tenders specifically dipped in barbecue sauce. Instead, when I got home and was about to eat, to my surprise, my tenders were not. I have placed many orders from this location, either through UberEats or walk-in orders. I believe communication is the key to listening to customers and making sure we get what's paid for. Overall, I highly recommend the food for choice. I have been a fan of Detroit wing Company since this location opened a few years ago. I'm a huge fan of traditional wings however their chicken tenders are phenomenal. Sauced or unsauced, they taste really good. The staff is always really helpful, and the wait is never terribly long. It's a small location but I love the modern look and the menus on the wall. I went this time for their new chicken sandwich and was surprised at how delicious it was. it's incredibly crispy, seasoned, and not as salty as Popeyes chicken sandwich. Their poutine is so good as well. Do yourself a favor and swing by this place next time you get a chance.
I've been to this location before and it was great but so disappointed in my visit today. I ordered online for a 12:15 pickup (for my work break) and got a text at 11:44 informing me it was ready. Upon arrival I asked if they could remake my poutine that had been sitting for 30 minutes, as I was fine just reheating the chicken at that point. I was told it was hot and I could feel the food.. On principle I don't argue with someone preparing my food so I just took the lukewarm fries to throw away and left. What a disappointing experience

Not worth your money. Chicken tasted like freezer burnt chicken that is fried and sauce dumped on it. Tasted tough and hard. Wasted my money on this garbage.
