late on Wednesday night and that was the only place for a beer. we were already for dinner, but decided to hang it up for a few beers. I think the barmann was called medi and he sat and...has a chat, since only two of us were. he delivered beer and free paprika wars so we were happy. it is a decent bar and open quite late. the next time will go for dinner and see how it is, but I would expect it to be just good.

Our family ate dinner at this restaurant while in Paderborn. It was a busy Thursday night and the place was full. I was glad we had reservations. I ordered the pork knuckle with potatoes and kraut. I also got a side of red cabbage. Everything...was delicious!! The waitress was attentive even though it was such a busy night. The guys had beer and the women had wine, both were good. You expect great beer in Germany so the fact that the beer here is first rate is no surprise. The atmosphere here is what marks it out, friendly staff, nice ambience and not too loud! A great place for good drinks!

the portions were huge. we had appetizers, absolutely delicious then the main just as delicious, but so big! would return definitiw, perhaps this time only for one main thing.

Great atmosphere. Great service we spent two evenings here and had a great time watching some of the World Cup. The beer and wine was very good as was the food that we tried.
