Super freundlicher Service, nett gestaltete, hippe Location gesundes Fast Food! Das Konzept finde ich super: 3 versch. Salate zur Auswahl, dann kann man sich 5 Toppings plus eine Soße aussuchen. Dazu gibt es Falafel oder veganen Kebap. Ich meine, es gab 6 versch. Hummussorten. Ne ne den klassischen Gemüsevariationen gibt es zB auch marinierte Kichererbsen, Couscous mit Aubergine Granatapfel, roten Bulgur mit Datteln, ... Das Gericht gibt es entweder als Bowl oder Wrap. Die Verpackungen sind CO2-neutral biologische abbaubar. Alles auch zum Mitnehmen. Draußen sitzen kann man auch gut! Bei der Getränkeauswahl fehlt auch nichts: Club Mate, Fritz, Proviant. Schön zentral in der Innenstadt ist Gustav Grün eindeutig der beste Laden. Die Rollen sollte man Mal probiert haben!
