Sandy the waitress and the rest of the staff were extremely rude and unhygienic. Served chicken that was expiring and sour. Would never come back here ever again.Dirty plates and really poor service. Sandy the waitress threw plates at our table and scared the seniors. Showed them dirty plates and Sandy didn't replace them and just wiped it off and reused it. Hid portions of our food and refused to serve the whole table.Food was also not fresh. The soy chicken was actually going bad and they still served it.Ridiculous we are paying to be ridiculed??? Why would anyone come here.
My recent visit to NKS Banquet Hall for dim sum left much to be desired.Despite the spacious hall allowing for short times in queue and the strong flavored tea, the experience was impacted by excessively oily food that left me feeling uncomfortable for the rest of the afternoon. If you prioritize a balanced and refreshing dining experience, the dim sum may not meet your expectations.The meal underscores the importance of quality and balanced Cantonese cuisine, especially for those without a strong digestive system.
This is a traditional dim sum restaurant that doesn't have the trendy decor or modern dishes that appeal to a younger crowd. However, I find their food to be consistently average. The restaurant is quite spacious and convenient for local residents, making it a great option if you're in the mood for dim sum in the morning.
Hidden dimsum place in New Kennedy Square tucked away in its SW corner. Features automated robots that bring orders to your table, sadly even the old dimsum gradmas have been replaced by robots although human servers are still around. Reasonably priced with a simple yet large dining area minimizes lineups at the door.

The taste of old Guangdong is very authentic. Most of the guests inside speak Cantonese. The seats are spacious and not noisy, making it a great place to hang out with friends.
Parking: Location in a crowded strip plaza with tons of other high-traffic restaurants nearby make it difficult to find parking
This is our favorite spot for dim sum. The staff are very friendly, and the food is generally fresh and delicious.
The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. A total of 210 people attended the event.
