Came here on a Saturday after a birthday party. I will say that the food was pretty good. Our server straight out said she did not want to serve us before we sat in her section, but they sat us there anyway. I don't know if it was a group size or an ethnicity thing for her (4adults 2kids). I will not go here again for that. I asked her about the pumpkin beer and she shut me down right away saying she doesn't know about the beer....I'm sorry but if you work at a brewpub you should know something and if you do not, grab someone who does. We've visited Diamond Knot several times, and it's always bustling with activity. We understand that this can lead to slower service. However, during our visit tonight, while there were two hostesses and several bussers, only a couple of servers were on duty. We expected delays, but it would have been nice to at least receive some acknowledgment. We sat at our table for 25 minutes without any service. We finally flagged down one of the hostesses to ask if we had a server assigned to us, but she went off to find one and never returned. When I inquired about the pumpkin beer, she immediately dismissed me, stating she didn't know about the beer options. Honestly, if you work at a brewpub, you should have some knowledge about the products you're serving. If you're uncertain, it's perfectly acceptable to ask someone who does. She came across as rude and seemed annoyed by our presence. I would have questioned her attitude, but my companions preferred to avoid further discomfort. I believe the restaurant could benefit from having servers who are knowledgeable about their beer selection and are better equipped to handle larger groups and diverse customers. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.
My husband and I visited Diamond Knot Brewpub on our way to the Nile Haunted House and we had a great time! He got the Oktoberfest Ale and I got the Northwest Blonde Ale and some Buffalo wings and sweet potato waffle fries. Our service was quick and friendly and our bill came out to under $40! We loved the casual atmosphere and I enjoyed the Kracken game. Overall a great atmosphere with good food. Give this place a try! Parking: Plenty of free parking. Réservez une table maintenant
