I had a wonderful experience at Dickey's! The food was not only delicious, but the gentleman at the counter was extremely polite as well. When my friend's meal didn't suit her taste, he promptly replaced it at no charge and even issued a refund. This level of exceptional customer service from a large chain was unexpected and impressive.

I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding customer service, especially for a larger chain.
The food is excellent, and the service is outstanding. Jordan consistently goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service, and he's especially warm and friendly with my children. Jason and Ely are also very welcoming. Plus, you always have fantastic vouchers available.
Good BBQ...has the brisket and ribs in a 2 meat combination. 2 pages of Mac and green beans. The green beans were excellent. The Mac was meh. Both meats were delicious and the portions were okay. It doesn't need much work to get the 5th star. Réservez une table maintenant
Food was fantastic, especially the pulled pork. They had plenty of sauces to add on the side as well, which i love. My wife and son love the Mac and cheese, too. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will certainly be back.
When I saw the word brisket I knew I had to have some! What a wonderful out of town tasty surprise. Delicious tender flavorful and the service was incredible to boot yep!! Will DEFINITELY BE BACK!! Loved it!
