"We visited Saap for a weekday lunch, and while the restaurant had a decent crowd and the staff were friendly, our experience was overshadowed by a significant delay with our dessert. The food was quite good, but the wait for our mango dessert was frustrating. We had to request it several times, only to be told it would be just a couple more minutes each time. In the end, we wasted nearly 30 minutes waiting for that dessert, which caused us to miss an appointment and negatively impacted our day. Overall, I would rate the food as a 4, but the service deserves a 1, while the atmosphere was also a 4."
