Outback Steakhouse

I am updating my review of Outback Steakhouse that I posted earlier this week. While my previous meals had been excellent, my most recent dinner did not meet the usual standard. Outback corporate addressed my concerns and resolved the issue. I appreciate when companies listen to feedback as it benefits both the customer and the business. The manager in Eastern NC appears to be committed to ensuring customers have a positive dining experience.

We ordered the ribeye steak at this restaurant. I chose to have sweet potato and salad as my sides. The salad was fresh and crisp, not wilted, and the sweet potato was delicious. The ribeye steak was cooked perfectly to medium and was well seasoned. I plan to try the Alice Springs Chicken on my next visit.

The service was excellent and friendly. This restaurant has the best gluten-free menu in the city. We are grateful to Danesha for the extra care she provided as our server. The hostess, Shea, was extremely welcoming. Thank you!

The steak that was served was incorrect and lacked seasoning. It appeared partially cooked and was missing the topping add-on. The salad also tasted old. Unfortunately, everything ended up in the garbage.

The burger was good, but the potato was disappointing. I ordered a loaded potato with all the toppings, but I received a plain potato with nothing on it.
