I was so excited to try this place. A couple weeks ago I seen a sign out front stating on Sunday there was $0.75 wings. I talked my family into going there on Sunday. A few days ago, my husband and I decided to try Dickey's Barbecue Pit and absolutely loved it. Everything we had was delicious! We recommended the place to several people and even brought a friend today. However, something seemed off during this visit. The service was poor, to say the least. I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but Dickey’s BBQ Pit deserves this one. I came in as your average uncultured white guy, thinking BBQ was just “meat with sauce.” But one bite of their chopped brisket, and I swear I felt my soul get a little more seasoned. The brisket was insanely tender, perfectly smoky, and had just the right amount of bark to make each bite a mix of juicy and flavorful. I don’t know what kind of magic they’re working in that pit, but I’ll never look at BBQ the same way again. Had a wonderful experience at Dickeys! The atmosphere was fantastic as always at the food was delicious, as well as fantastic service. I ordered fried pickles and a pulled pork sandwich and the food was noteworthy enough to continue recommending it to all the people I know. The beer here always taste the best compared to all the bars in town and with the food specials AND the beer specials I dont think I could pass on coming here if you havent had it before. One and done at Dickey's Barbecue Pit. I walked in to order at the bar, but it took over 30 minutes to receive 3 sides, 2 sandwiches, and 1 chili. The setup is confusing, and the only person working hard was the bartender. I could share more details, but the service was terrible! I even saw a couple with a baby being ignored by three employees while trying to place an order. The whole experience was poorly designed. At one point, an employee placed bowls of soup or chili on the counter and then climbed over them instead of walking around. Waiting 45 minutes for food was just crazy! Definitely a disappointing visit to Dickey's Barbecue Pit, and the menu experience left much to be desired.
They sent me a coupon via text, which I used following all the rules, but they still charged me full price. When I brought it up, they apologized but said there was nothing they could do to fix the issue. They informed me that a refund, if issued, would take 7 to 10 business days, which I find completely unacceptable in 2022.
I stopped in for a 1/2 rack to go. Please keep in mind I have traveled a lot. I don't think there ribs are for me! I'm not to sure about the other food they have there. I would not buy ribs again. They had a very well done layer on the top. The price's seemed expensive to me.

Great food. Great prices. very clean. Great staff. Check the schedule for live entertainment. I will definitely be returning often .
Simple and delicious menu! Loads of TVs tuned to sports. Fantastic staff, very friendly. Josh and Donna run a top notch BBQ joint.
