I visited yesterday for a Sunday lunch after hearing many amazing reviews, and it certainly did not disappoint. The restaurant has a quirky atmosphere, and the staff were truly outstanding—classy, friendly, and knowledgeable about the food and the local area. The starters were delicious, and the roast dinners were absolutely amazing; they are by far the best I’ve had at a restaurant. There was a good selection of desserts, and the house red wine was just as tasty. I can’t find a single fault and can’t wait to try a Saturday night experience next time. Thank you, everyone!
If you enjoy steak, this restaurant is a must-visit. We shared the Urrib actator, and it was a generous portion. This steak is aged for 50 days, and it was incredibly flavorful. The other dishes we ordered were equally delicious, and the drinks menu offered a great selection at very reasonable prices. The restaurant has a rustic charm that fits perfectly with the farm theme, and it has a beautifully renovated appearance. You can see the food being prepared, and the aroma is amazing. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend this place!

absolutely amazing place to eat is from this world. we all agreed. it's the best Sunday dinner we've ever had. the meat is incredible, cooked to perfection, and the red wine is very cheap. service was wonderful. the owners have made an incredible job to create this place....and the love and carelessness they radiate through the whole experience. very well done. we will be coming back

A truly remarkable dining experience, this restaurant offers a unique fusion of recycled and modern elements. The chateaubriand was outstanding, and the deep-fried onion rings were absolutely delicious. The staff were fantastic, displaying expert knowledge about the menu. The restroom is surprisingly impressive as well! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience!
I canceled a reservation with nine days' notice in February due to illness, and I am still trying to get a refund of the £20 deposit. I've sent two emails and called several times, but no one answers the phone or responds to my voicemails. I would not recommend booking at Dickies to anyone in the future.
We have been meaning to come here for a while, and we weren't disappointed. Lovely Sunday lunch. Beautiful starters, roast beef main accompanied with different vegetable dishes and good selection of desserts. Nice wine selection (as no longer BYOB) and we will definitely be returning
