Today I went to the Fette Kuh for the first time and as amazing as the food was, I must say that the service left much to be desired. I 've been living in Cologne 's South City for the past three Months and had been meaning...to visit the uber-cool burger joint for a few months now. I arrived to the Restaurant at 15:50 and I ordered my food at around 15:55, I gave them my name and I very naively assumed that I would receive my food within the next 20 Minutes-big Mistake! Around 25 minutes later one of the guys at the grill asked me my name and indicated that I would receive my simple burger within the next few minutes. Today i was there with my colleague and wanted to invite him for Hamburger. He ordered the hamburger if week but the staff (the woman behind the cash point) didnt get and wrote potato of the week costs about 10 Euro instead hamburger. I didn't...check the paper again and when our orders were ready we saw that she put wrong. I was not satiesfied at all especially when the staff has really bad behaviour. And pommes for 10 Euro and burger for 14.50 Euro are too expensive. The meet was really good but because of her behaviour and the price I give this time 2.
Living in Köln for over a year now, I have never experienced such a rude waiteress. A waitress with dark hair who was at the register taking orders this evening rolled her eyes and made flippant comments to my every question. Such a horrible, nasty...attitude. As for the burger, mediocre and not something I would particularly recommend. Friends of mine who were long-time fans say the restaurant really fell off. Try Zimmermans... Much better burger and frankly more professional workers.

Super Burgerrestaurant! Wir haben es heute zum ersten Mal in die Fette Kuh geschafft und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter die sich bei der Bestellaufnahme Zeit lassen und gute Tipps geben. Der Cheeseburger und BBQ ist sehr empfehlenswert. Die grosse Pommes war richtig gut, selten so gute Pommes gegessen. Wir haben ca. 15 Min gewartet und haben dann um die Ecke im Auto gegessen. Wir kommen wieder!
Die Burger sind der Hammer und die Chili Cheese Fritten göttlich. Immer wieder gerne. Sitzplätze sind rar. Dementsprechend, wenn man nicht aus der Ecke kommt und es nicht mitnehmen kann, längere Wartezeit möglich bis man einen Platz bekommt. Instagram Remusmagbier
I'll keep this short, if you want quality burgers go here, don't look elsewhere. It was busy when we went, I assume it's prob busy all day round with its reviews. Be patient and wait for a table you won't be disappointed.
Had fantastic homemade burgers after queing a lot. But worth it: crispy bans, fresh salad on best beef ever! And cool people around. Worth a stay on sunday evenings!

Food is awesome but service is horrible!!! Those waitress are soo rude and the owners of and restaurant should reorganize their stuff members.
