The roasted duck was overcooked and dry, with empty meat cords and not cut properly. The pre-dinner salad only had 15 to 16 spinach leaves. The Chinese prawns and shrimp were dry and overcooked. I feel sorry for our waiter, Derek, who seemed genuinely trying but couldn't make up for the poor quality of the meal. Despite our disappointment, we did not complain verbally and still tried to enjoy our dinner.
The Dizz's I remember from years ago is not the same. The food and service were good, but my only issue is the added 'surcharge' for using a credit card. Spending $150 on dinner and a drink, only to discover that a percentage fee is added for using the most common form of payment in the industry? That will be my final meal at Dizz's.
Great food, drinks and service. Resturant is a little out dated but overall great Resturant. Menu hasnât changed and prices are reasonable. Bathrooms seem to have a little sewer problem but nothing too bad.
