This is a lovely little spot to visit, especially when Atomic gets crowded with sweaty cyclists on Saturday and Sunday mornings. If you're not a coffee fan but enjoy a delicious hot chocolate or a fantastic iced chocolate, be sure to try the 'Adult Sized' Caramel Koala Iced Chocolates. You can thank me later for the recommendation!
I stopped by Dome for a quick breakfast and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly service and delicious fresh food. The muesli was among the best I've had recently, packed with plenty of fresh, ripe fruit. Prices were reasonable, and the coffee was good as well.
I like a good strong coffee preferably with a design on it which I feel is a sign of a good barrista. Usually the coffee at Mends St is excellent but some days there is not enough crema, depending on who is making it. There should be a criteria!
I really enjoy the location, which is close to the foreshore. The food took some time to arrive, but it was prepared adequately. The venue is smaller than most, making it feel a bit cramped. The staff were friendly enough. Réservez une table maintenant
In reply to Gini no one would of come to take your order as it is a counter service cafe, given how busy the cafe is every time I'm there they must be doing something right, ask any of the regulars!!
New management. Have been going to this Dome for a while, amazing what a change in managemnet brings to the table.Very impressed with my breakfast, very friendly staff, will keep coming back here.
Parking can be hard, but it's nicely situated in the street, close to the ferry terminal. One of their smaller outlets, but nicely setup. The food was made in good time and good customer service.
You know what to expect when you walk into a Dome! Coffee is always good service and setting are great but the food is hit and miss! This Dome is no different and is just what I wanted. Réservez une table maintenant
I love dome so I know the food and coffee is good, no problems there. Only gripe is the lack of leather chairs, only has the one set. It is a very small shop. Lovely staff.
