This Domino's is a true standout in the often disappointing fast food scene. In our area, employee reliability has been a struggle during the challenging times of the Covid pandemic, with many restaurants either closing early or running out of supplies. However, the Domino's in New Brighton consistently delivers a fantastic meal every Friday, accompanied by fast and friendly service. Domino's has truly stepped up their quality, and we are never disappointed.
I placed an order and waited for an hour, only to discover that they never processed it on their end. They charged my card and then reversed the charge after we called to inquire about the delay. It felt like they were pretending they never received our order. This was a complete waste of time. I strongly advise against ordering from this location. The manager is truly incompetent!
This place deserves a 0. They continuously either write tips on your receipts or take your remaining tender and not give any cash back in return. Also, latest problem was 2-3 weeks ago when an old lady flicked off my husband and stated she wanted a tip! Like seriously? It’s not like we don’t tip. We do generously but do better dominios.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The girl with the nose ring was incredibly rude and ignored me while I was trying to place my order. Even after I went inside, she continued to neglect my request. I will not be returning to this location because of the poor service and unprofessional staff. Réservez une table maintenant
Found a bug in my food. Went back to get my money back manager was making a pizza without gloves on touches her face and continued to touch the pizza. Then after she gave me my cash back she didn't even wash her hands she went back to making someone's pizza. Never once apologized was very rude and not clean at all.
Horrible customer service. Asked her to put pep on cheese bread on a 70 dollar order.. that's was canceled because she could not do it. Been to other dominos and they had no issues doing this.
Always really good and 90% of the time my order is correct and taste great! Only ever really had one bad experience which stops me from giving it a 5
Complete mess, couldn't redeem my pizza from their mess, couldn't get help online for either of them Réservez une table maintenant
The atmosphere feels a bit detached when you walk in, but you still find what you're looking for.
