I had ordered a basic cheesy bread from this location and the driver was dispatched and apparently had delivered said bread. The bread was in fact not delivered and in trying to right this mistake I was struck by a long process of trying to get a hold ofthe restaurant. I had called the number a multitude of times just simply trying to get to someone on the other end. For somereason Dominos feels the need to employ a call center that works as a middle man to assist in the taking of calls for theirstores and In doing so has lost business. I was not able to get through to the store itself and and still awaiting my belovedcheesy bread. I'm am asking any and all to stand with me in trying to righ...
Ordered my food, took over an hour to respond with an accurate status of my order, then I called back and the manger who then spoke clear English explained he never received an order which was completely a lie. I couldn?t imagine buying food from a liaror a thief!!!! Imagine what kind of things go into the practices of making your food ????????. The domino?s pizza on 501westbury ave Carle place.????????????
I ordered and the driver never delivered the food to my hotel. I was in the hotels parking lot/entry way and I could see all who entered the two Niel print hotels and no dominos pizza delivery went to either location. The app said it was delivered. Towhere? Who knows? I called the store and was told I could pick up the cold food. Lousy customer service! Lousy deliveryservice! Stay away from this store!
I've been ordering here regularly for the past few years. They have improved a lot. Especially with delivery. Although their food can get a bit expensive with the 5 dollar delivery charge tip, normally store pickup works beautifully. In terms ofservice, I've had no issues in the last year.
