Domino's Pizza - Réservation de table

I placed an online order at 11 PM on 03/24/22 and I received a call from the store that they cancelled my order due to closing early. I paid for the order in full including tip that nearly $50 total and I was informed that my payment wouldn't be refundedfor 3 to 5 business days. It literally took a matter of second to take my payment but I have to wait days for my payment to bereturned. Why didn't the website acknowledge that the location was closed early? There should be some way the store stops onlineorder from being processed so this doesn't happen in the future!!!

I have always had a pleasant experience at this particular location. My food is always ready, fresh, hot and just as I ordered it! I am always greeted with friendly, smiling employees. Have never had a negative encounter or anything to complain about! This is my location of choice not only because of the above information but also that it's less than 3 miles from home. I usually always order from Domino?s in Saraland and usually have a great experience with them but tonight I was disappointed with them. I opened what was supposed to be buffalo boneless wings and they looked old, dry, and burnt?just completely not whatI ordered. I ordered right before pulling up and waited 15 min on my order just for them to give me this.

I have been calling Domino’s (Saraland) for the past 45 minutes to place an order. Someone pickup once and hung up. I have not been able to get anyone to answer the phone again. This is poor customer service. Since you don’t want my business I will definitely take it somewhere else. I will be so glad when Papa John’s opens. Réservez une table maintenant

had an online order. I wanted to pick up the order, but I asked to add 2 more items, was said it would be ready in 10 minutes and I went back to get the order and it was never started and they did not try to correct it, so I asked for a refund and left

I only chose 1 star as it is the least I can give. Service and pizza were absolutely horrible. It had been a while, since I had been by this store for pickup. It will be another long time, if ever, that I will be going back.

I get chicken with every order,something was wrong with the chicken,it was tiny,hard and cold. I was looking forward to eating it when I got home. I do think whoever made it,should of looked at it first,and not send it out.

This restaurant has the best staff I have ever encountered! They are all incredibly friendly and constantly have a smile on their faces. Réservez une table maintenant
