I placed an online order at 11 o'clock on 03/24/22 and received a call from the restaurant informing me that they had to cancel my order early due to being busy. I had already paid for the order in full, including a tip of almost $50, and was told that it would take 3 to 5 working days for my payment to be refunded. It only took a moment to process my payment, but now I have to wait days for it to be returned. It is frustrating that the website did not recognize that the restaurant was closed early and prevent the order from being processed. It would be helpful for the restaurant to implement measures to stop online orders in these situations to prevent this from happening in the future.
I placed an online order at 11 PM on 03/24/22 and I received a call from the store that they cancelled my order due to closing early. I have always had a pleasant experience at this particular location. My food is always ready, fresh, hot and just as I ordered it! I am always greeted with friendly, smiling employees. Have never had a negative encounter or anything to complain about! This is my location of choice not only because of the above information but also that it's less than 3 miles from home. Update as of 7/28/22: Nothing has changed. Domino's will not deliver to locations less than 3 miles away, but will go 5 miles to deliver to the next town. Disappointed that the delivery area has changed. We are only 2.7 miles away. Picking up is not always feasible. The staff was impressive, working together as a great team tonight. The pizza could have been cooked a little longer, but overall, it wasn't too bad. Réservez une table maintenant
I usually always order from Domino?s in Saraland and usually have a great experience with them but tonight I was disappointed with them. I opened what was supposed to be buffalo boneless wings and they looked old, dry, and burnt?just completely not whatI ordered. I placed an order online for a pizza and cinnamon twists. I waited until I received a text saying that the order was ready, and then my husband went to pick it up. Unfortunately, he was told that they were out of cinnamon twists. It would have been appreciated if they had called to inform me beforehand.
