I'm not sure if there's been a recent change in management, but the service at this location has noticeably declined. Every time I've ordered from here lately, the experience has felt unprofessional. The pizzas are often poorly cut, and on one occasion, they even claimed they "lost" my pizza and suggested I take credit for my next order instead. Having worked in the service industry for over a decade, I know that everything starts with management. If management is lacking, it reflects on the entire experience. This isn't based on just one visit—this location used to be outstanding, but my last five visits have consistently left me disappointed. These visits were spread out over several month...
This is the second time this has happened to me, and I find it quite ridiculous. I ordered a ranch pizza and called right after to confirm that it would have ranch on it. When I received my order, there was hardly any ranch—just a lot of cheese grease and bread. I contacted the manager around 6:30 PM, and they told me that's how it’s supposed to be. Having worked at pizza places before, I know that pizza shouldn't be dry or feel like cardboard. I'm tired of wasting money on food that's practically inedible.
Once we got home, we discovered that the garlic twists were completely missing. When my wife returned to the restaurant, she was told it was just a mistake. However, this kind of mistake seems to happen with nearly every order we place. I've decided to give up on this location and will stick with Marco's instead.
I always have my orders completed fairly quickly. They accept coupons and various payment methods as well. It's primarily a drive-thru restaurant, although I believe you can place orders inside; however, there are no tables for dining indoors. They also deliver orders for a fee.
