I have ordered the feta and spinach pizza from various Domino's locations many times because my son loves it. However, tonight we ordered from the Belmont Domino's and received a pizza that was half burned. Even worse than the pizza itself was the rude attitude of the person who claimed to be the store owner when we called to complain. He didn't even offer us an email address to send a photo of the pizza and insisted that his pizza was perfectly fine, claiming we didn't understand how a thin crust pizza should look. Just take a look at the burned dough on one side and the charred vegetables on top. Once again, the worst part was the extremely rude responses from the guy on the phone.
I had a free pizza voucher, so I decided to order from this location. That turned out to be a big mistake. I placed my order at 10:47 PM, and since their hours state they are open until 11 PM, I drove over to pick it up, arriving by 10:54 PM. However, they had canceled my order while I was en route, likely because they didn’t want to make a free pizza so close to closing time. The door was locked, and no one answered the phone. This experience didn't surprise me, considering I've encountered very rude customer service during previous visits. I've learned my lesson: I won't be coming back here again.
This location used to be great but it has really gone downhill lately. They usually get my order wrong, the quality isn't nearly as good, and this last time we ordered they delivered it to the wrong town altogether. Called in twice and they just kepttelling us it was on the way. Finally told us we entered the wrong town (we didn't), refused us even a partial refund, and hungup on us. I think we are done ordering here.
This Domino’s is one of the better locations I’ve been to. I typically place my orders online, and they always deliver on time. The delivery staff here are also very friendly. The only thing I'd recommend is that if you're ordering online and need utensils, pepper, or cheese, make sure to call them right after placing your order, as they won’t include those items unless you specifically ask for them. This Domino?s is one of the nice dominos I visit. I usually you do online order and they always deliver on time and the delivery guys working over here are nice too. The only thing if you are placing online order, call them right away after order if youneed any utensils, pepper or cheese. They not going to put by there self until you ask.
The best Domino's in the area! They truly pay attention to special requests, and if they accidentally get your order wrong, they're more than happy to remake it. The staff is friendly, and the delivery is really fast. The photo shows a special request they accommodated.
