This restaurant is really disappointing. Always be sure to double-check your order before leaving. They gave me the wrong pizza at first, but when I went back to exchange it, they handed me a box of chicken wings that had already been eaten—only two pieces were left and the sauce packet was open. They also told me my order was ready but made me wait another 20 minutes. This place really needs to get its act together.
The service was prompt, and the pizza was delicious. The establishment was clean, and my order was ready right on time. I placed my order online and received text notifications as it was being processed and when it was ready for pickup. Overall, it was a great experience for my group. If you order online and pick it up yourself, you can receive a $3 credit.
Each time I place a delivery order, I always ask for plastic utensils, but I never receive them. I wasn't taught to eat pasta and similar dishes with my hands. I don't understand why it's so hard to remember that if you're delivering food that requires utensils, you should include them with the order. It's a crucial part of the experience.

The pickup experience is seamless. This restaurant is exclusively for takeout, but overall, I have a great experience every time.
I ordered two custom pizzas hoping to receive the 20% discount advertised for online orders, but it wasn’t applied. The pizzas arrived cold and were made completely wrong, which was really disappointing. I’m not confident they would fix the problem, so I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere from now on.
The way the pizza is cut really matters! Unfortunately, during my last three orders from this place, the cuts have been poorly executed. Also, I thought marinara sauce came included with the bread?
