Adrianna, the manager, lacks both capability and a sense of accountability. I opted for curbside delivery, which seems like the sensible choice during a pandemic, but to my disappointment, my order was not brought outside. After waiting longer than the estimated 20 minutes, I decided to go inside to pick up my order, even though we were parked right in front with our hazard lights on as instructed. An older employee kept glancing at our car but did not connect the dots to check our order. Domino's has truly impressed me! Although they've always been good, they used to have some consistency issues. However, the location nearest to me on 17th Street and Orange Avenue in Costa Mesa has really stepped up their game. They promptly answer the phone and make an effort to assist you, even when they're busy. When you walk in, you're greeted right away, and they take your order efficiently. I would definitely give them 5 stars. My delivery orders have always arrived hot and, more importantly, accurate. While they're not gourmet, they offer something that gourmet pizzerias often lack: affordability and fresh, hot food. The BBQ Chicken pizza is my favorite!

After three months of ordering from Lavantinas because no one would answer the phone here, I finally called to order pizza. I asked if they still had the 2 for $5.99 deal. The guy offered me the three-topping deal for $7.99, which I declined. This happened three times, and I ended up ordering the three-topping pizzas. Just for fun, I checked their current deals afterward, and they were indeed offering exactly the deal I asked about. Sorry, but I’ll be waiting much longer than three months before ordering from this location again! The brand is good, the pizza is good, but the employees don’t seem interested in serving customers.
Domino's Pizza shows as open on their hours, but the store is actually closed. There’s no delivery service, and my calls go unanswered. It’s 11:41 AM now. Poor management—either stay open or close the store for good. I give their menu and service 1 star.
I called to place an order at 1:45 AM, only fifteen minutes before their 2:00 AM closing time, but no one answered the phone. If they claim to be open until 2:00 AM, they should be accepting orders until then.
I placed my order and waited 33 minutes, only to receive a call informing me that they didn't have the ingredients to fulfill it. The customer service was lacking, and I felt like my time was wasted.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the service was excellent. They even provided some extra items, which was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this place!
