I'm definitely not ordering online ever again. Since we were short handed and overrun at work I ordered a pizza and the Cinnamon bread twists to have delivered since I couldn't leave for lunch. I first called to store and didn't get an answer so I figured they were a little busy so I placed my order online. When I got a chance to eat I realized there were no cheese at all on my pizza. Since I really couldn't do anything about it I just ate it anyway. Then went to eat my bread twists and I always order extra icing and come to find out there were no packs of icing at all either
Gr8 always gr8 food! It's my go to place after work if I'm not cooking. They have more than just pizza. They have sandwiches, pasta, boneless chicken, and dessert it all tastes amazing. The delivery is always fast quick never a long wait. Drivers are always nice and polite same with the employees at the store. The Domino's app is very easy to access and use for online order.
Always check your order before leaving the store or before delivery driver leaves. 6/10 its perfect. But its not perfect far too often. Biggest thing is its either cold or the pizza toppings and cheese all slide to one side with deliveries or when picking up at store ive had it to where i may get 2 or 3 pieces of chicken and bacon on an entire large pizza
Since moving to the new location have had nothing but problems from claiming they never got my order when i called it in to picking up pizza with no sauce on it and also having pizza delivered to my door step in 30degree weather and nobody even ringing the doorbell so then you have to deal with cold pizza its honestly a joke anymore

They never bother to put the garlic oil on the crust, even though that’s supposed to be a standard of Dominoes hand tossed pizzas. Also what kind of pizza place has no parmesan or crushed red pepper packets? Cheap, low quality tasting food..
I ask if I can have peppers on my pizza. Cashier says no u can't have peppers, I can sell u some peppers. I said that was silly, I expected to pay. He ask me to leave. Said I was harassing him.
Can't make up their minds if they deliver to my house or not. Live within 3 miles of the location, and sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. Incredibly unprofessional.
Didnt eat DOMINO'S for years till they moved to new location and Its best pizza in Abingdon hands down. Thanks for great pizza and service
