an order placed and accidentally gave the driver a $1 tipp. After we recognized our mistake, we immediately called and asked them to add a 20% tip to the order and to be excused to which they agreed. when I got the notification that the pizza was delivered, I found it placed in my snow-covered garden instead of my cleared front stool. my driver shane also took it on himself to write this evil note on the box. absolutely disgusting, even for dominos.

Had a great experience with the Narragansett, RI location. I ordered two pizzas and two things of chicken tonight, for pick up. The two guys that were there were great, very customer service oriented. But when I got home, I had a wrong pizza. I called them back, they understood and made me a new one. Tastes amazing. Great gob guys! That's why I keep coming back.

Usually no problems. Last few months and you can't even get a person to answer the phone. On top of the typical hour+ wait why bother ordering from them. Better off just buying frozen pizza. Same quality at a quarter the cost.
