I don’t understand how this place is still in business. If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered pizza online and requested hand delivery, expecting to be notified when the driver arrived downstairs. Instead, I received a text two hours later saying the order was at the front desk. When I went down immediately, only one of the two pizzas was there. I messaged the driver right away about the missing pizza and mentioned the one that was delivered had been tossed around. His response was, "I don’t know, call the store." The store didn’t answer the phone, and after my 11th call, I finally got through. The person on the line made an excuse to get an associate, then put me on hold for 18 min...
I used to think all the 1-star reviews for Domino's Pizza were exaggerated, but now I have my own experience to share. I placed an order from their menu three hours ago, and it still hasn't arrived. The Domino's tracker is misleading, showing the order as completed. I've been trying to reach this location by phone, but no one answers. I understand if they're short-staffed and running late, but at least make sure orders are delivered and be responsive to calls. I'm done with this Domino's location.
This place is actually really good. I moved to jersey city 6 months ago and only eat pizza at two boots because my girlfriend can’t have cheese. The other day I walked here on my way home after work and took advantage of the 2 slice deal and I added an empanada. 8/10 the service was nice, the older gentleman struck up good conversation and his wife prepared food fresh. I’ll continue to go back.
PROS 1. The Chicken Stew is Delicious and Super Flavorful. I love when Chicken is Browned first it gives it more Saborrrrr! 2. The Red Beans are made well and flavorful. 3. The Rice and Pigeon Peas is well made and flavorful. 4. The White Rice is well made. 5. The Pizza is made Well. 6. Prices are Affordable for Quality Food. 7. Restroom is Clean. 8. Staff is Friendly.

Oh my goodness, the food here is unbelievably delicious! The staff is the sweetest and most kind you will ever meet, plus everything is homemade. Every time my friend and I come here for lunch, it feels just like home, which is exactly how it should be!
This place is the absolute worst in customer service, accountability and service. It gets worse and worse as time goes on. This place should either be shut down or sold to someone who actually cares about quality and customer service.
This place is super nice!!! They let me use their restroom when I really had to pee and iwasn't a paying customer. I will now become a customer! Restroom was also amazingly clean. Edit: got their pizza and it was delicious!
I placed an online pickup order at Domino's Pizza, and it was ready in just 15 minutes. The entire experience was quick and seamless.
