One of the absolute worse experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant ever. Food was ordered ahead and marked as complete. We get there and someone tells us we need to wait a few more minutes.A sweaty employee/manager was on the phone with a customer, hung up and started berating the customer to the other workers with profanity. The man then ran out of the store without helping us.We stood there for another 20 minutes. While we were standing there the worker dropped his tongs and several pizza pans and kept using them without cleaning them. He used dirty crust tools to make the pizza. I ordered carry-out and the app said my order was ready. When I got there nobody could find my order or knew anything about it, even though my name was on the screen with the completed check mark next to it. I waited around and watched them drop pizza oven spatulas/ utensils on the ground and pick them up and continue using them. They mostly ignored me while I stood there, except every few min someone would ask me what is your name on the order again? And then go look for my name; and not be able to find it. Horrible service. Delivery missed half order. Was told would re- deliver. 1 hour later and still nothing. Called store and asked for refund. and the supervisor was reluctant bc said missed order finally left atore almost 2 hours after original order. It never came. 3 days later and no refund. Called store again and was told store manager was to call regarding refund and no call. Why do I have to speak someone to get my back that was paid for items not received?? 1 week later and still no call or resolution. Also 2 messages sent to corporate with zero response. With so many good pizza places around there is no reason to order here. Lesson learned. My kids asked for Dominos but never again.
Ordered online, my app said the food was ready to be picked up. I got there and it wasn’t ready, everyone was clueless and did not know about my order, eventually they said it had not been started, I ended up having to wait another 30 mins for my order. No one wore gloves, the guy preparing the pizzas was wiping his sweat with his hands and continued working on the pizzas. Did not bothered washing his hands, he’d pick up the phone and go back to touching the pizzas. I do not recommend anyone to order from here, the most unorganized and unsanitary place I’ve ordered from.

I absolutely love this place! It's always consistently good. The chicken Alfredo is cooked to perfection—definitely the best I've had so far!
