The call center service is terrible, and the online ordering experience is even worse. I initially tried to place an order online, but I wanted to customize some items, and the system wouldn’t allow me to do that. So, I decided to call what I thought was the store directly, but it turned out to be a call center. They informed me that they couldn't help with my customization requests either. I asked if I could be connected to the actual store, but I got disconnected three times after waiting about two minutes each time. Frustrated, I abandoned the idea of customizing and tried calling the center again. I wanted to pay with a gift card, but they informed me that they couldn’t accept gift cards...
Ordered some food for a family night in. Pizza showed up but they did not bring the drink with the order. The driver drove off when we were trying to get her attention about the drink. This prompted a call and they said we will get that back out to you. An hour later no drink. I called back and the person had me on hold for like 20+ minutes. Finally some picked up the phone and said we will get you your drink. We are busy, I was thinking they will get the drinkjou5 sooner. They offered a credit for the drink and I just said my food is cold at this point can I get some store credit the person kind of was oblivious that we waited for our drink to go with our meal. Ordered 2 steak hoagies and a 32 piece bread bite. Waited an hour and a half to receive a pineapple pizza, 16 piece bread bite and some cinnamon bread thing. Tried to call twice to have order corrected, call ended with no answer both times. Had to drive up there to be handed my order that's been on a counter for over an hour.No offer to comp meal, or refund the water we purchased that they didn't have. Absolute chaos when i walked in the store.Completely unacceptable all the way across the board and i will not be back.
I have rarely gotten a order that has been filled of what I have ordered from the Norwood Ohio Domino's Pizza. I really love their food, and that's the only reason I continue to order from them.I know a lot of businesses are struggling to find help lately, but when you have a part of the delivery app that states the order has went through a quality inspection phase and the order is still wrong there's something not right going on!!!

Rating this store is far too generous! Absolutely disgusting! The employees are preparing food without the use of gloves and when brought to the attention of the staff, attitude is how they resolve the problem. When you call customer service, they hang up, how on earth is this location still open is a mystery because they fail miserably in good service, quality food and common sense. LOSERS!
I ordered dinner for my kids last night, and after an hour, my order was canceled. It doesn't matter how busy you are; you shouldn't cancel people's food orders. It was 8:30 PM—no excuses! Back in December, I walked in and saw a woman cutting a pizza while her dirty coat sleeve was sliding across everyone's food. I only started going back because she no longer works there.
Incompetent and rude staff.. My order was ready to be picked up, but I was told it was still being made.. 20 min later I asked about my order and it had been sitting there the entire time. Then when I asked for the sauces that I paid for, the rude girl acted so bothered that she had to get them and then threw them on the counter. Terrible customer service.
Had a case filed now since March 2nd. No emails, no reaching out, nothing they legit couldn't care less This location is terrible, I go out of my way to go to the brotherton location even though I'm located in Norwood. Do no eat here.
