Hadn’t ordered from the Prospect Kentucky Dominos in over three years due to past bad tasting and wrong orders so decided to try them again to see if things had changed. NOPE!! Ordered a three topping margarita pizza tonight with a garlic butter. My fault for not checking my pizza at the counter. Lesson learned. Got home and half the pizza had no cheese only sauce ?? Who gets a sauce pizza??? Half the pizza was correct. No garlic butter!! This location is closest to my house but will drive a lit
Received very disappointing order tonight. Not sure why all the food was cold when it tool less than 1/2 hour to get here. Pasta I had enjoyed in the past, it wasn't that the portion had shrunk considerably it was the quality of ingredients which other than the noodles was non existent. The pizza which I haven't tasted, it was COLD and not square cut which is my standing method. The sandwich, which I have enjoyed in the past bread and ingredients are so much less and flavorful than in the past
ordered a pizza and when I went to put a piece on a plate all the toppings slid off and my hand went through the dough near the middle of the slice because the dough was paper thin, and was also not cooked. I called and got a replacement pizza and figured everything would be fine. Unfortunately, I received another pizza that was paper thin (I did not order thin crust) and was also uncooked in the middle.
Delicious pizza, right on time, and from wonderful staff. Jeff came out to check on me when my engine died in the parking lot, offered to jump my car and to put my pizza back on the warmer until the car was running again.

The pizza at this restaurant is always perfect, fresh, and hot! The delivery is fast and the staff is friendly. In the 5 years I've been ordering from here, I only had one bad pizza and they made it right.
