I know Domino's Pizza gets a bad rap. In fact, I had not eaten Domino's pizza in decades because I recall it tasting like your average blend chain a la Pizza Hut or Little Cesar's. I ordered a pizza and tater tot bites for delivery and ended up waiting an hour and a half for my order. After waiting an hour, I called to inquire about the status and was informed that there were 25 pizzas ahead of mine, and that they would expedite my order as soon as possible. The app had initially stated that delivery would take only 20 to 30 minutes. When the driver finally arrived, he was confrontational, trying to explain that they had other orders to fulfill before mine. He mentioned there were 15 pizzas to make before getting to mine, which was confusing given that I had only seen two orders in the app. The lack of communication was frustrating, and I ended up wasting my entire lun...
Wow not a joke when I say seriously the WORST pizza I 've ever eaten and I 've had mall pizza many times. We got a brooklyn style that has no flavor,almost soggy crust and not even sure the cheese was real mozzarella. Normally we go to our NY style place in Pleasant Hill but seeing their commercial on tv we figured why not give it a try. SAVE your $20 (w/ coupon) and just go pony up a few dollars more for authentic NY style. The 1 star is for the crust which was chewy and mediocre on bite but the non crust part of the pizza is a big fat ZERO.
Thank you so much to the team working tonight! My Grandfather was at the local Amtrak, on his way to visit me in Washington state, when his snack bag was misplaced. Jeremy was great over the phone taking the order, Theodore made sure it was delivered to the right person, and now my grandfather has food to last until tomorrow. And in less than 30-minutes no less. I've always ordered takeout from this place and have had a great experience. The app is easy to use for ordering, and the delivery times are quick since Martinez is a fairly small town. It's definitely a solid location!
Not bad but not great. My biggest gripe is that they put the salami underneath the cheese not on top. I've never seen a place do this before and it throws off the taste of the pizza with soggy toppings
Overcharged me for 38.98 for 2 medium pizzas instead of 15.98 per promo. I emailed corporate and customer service didn't refund my . Will go to Round Table next time.
