We had a horrible order experience with this location. My wife placed an order for 4 medium pizzas at about 430p for delivery on a Friday afternoon. Our order was confirmed and said that it should arrive within 45 mins. About an hour later, ordertracking said it was out for delivery. About 20 mins after that, order tracking said with was still over an hour from beingdelivered. We are literally less than 2 miles from this location, but we understand deliveries are made with multiple orders. I ordered wings and stuffed cheesy bread for curbside pickup and when I got to the parking spot and clicked Im here no one brought my food out and I watched as someone brought back 3 boxes that looked like my order. I guess he picked up the wrongorder. So I went inside and asked where my order was and they continued to give me the boxes the guest brought back. After Isaid I wanted completely new food, they refused to accommodate and kept saying they didn 't touch it, you can look if you want. This was a terrible experience! I found a dead fly on my pizza. When I called the store, the employee was incredibly rude and didn’t seem to understand the issue, then just hung up on me. I returned to the store, and only after some time did they finally acknowledge the dead fly, but the employee’s attitude remained disrespectful. To make matters worse, there was no manager available. I will never order from here again!
I ordered from Domino's Pizza, and my food arrived hot and fresh, despite the journey home. The delivery took a bit longer than I anticipated, but overall I was satisfied. I would give it 4 stars and definitely recommend checking out their menu!

Great location with friendly and awesome staff. One issue is that they don't deliver to El Sobrante. I love your pizza the most and am happy to pick it up myself.
I’m thrilled that Domino's Pizza has opened in our Hercules area. Their service is fast and excellent, and the PAN pizza on their menu is absolutely delicious.
