I mentioned that I was paying for the delivery, but it seemed to have no impact on him. The manager, who had blonde, shoulder-length hair, clearly doesn't understand proper retail and customer service. I've been a loyal customer of this Domino's for ten years and have never encountered such poor service before. Because of this incident, I will no longer be purchasing from or recommending Domino's.
This happened around 9 PM on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, and my family was left hungry. I am a 58-year-old mother of teenagers and we were with a disabled family member, and all we wanted was pizza! I believe this matter deserves public attention, as it was truly unacceptable.
After a frustrating experience with another Domino's that failed to fulfill a large order for my coworkers, I was relieved to find that the Waterford location came through for me. They efficiently processed my online order even during the lunch rush. The manager was really pleasant, although I felt sorry for her because she was the only one handling the food at first. Thankfully, by the time I arrived to pick up my order, she had another employee there to assist her. She also apologized for the fact that they had been out of soda for almost a month due to ordering problems. Overall, I experienced great service!
I was disappointed with my recent experience at the restaurant. The pizza, bread, and pasta were all served cold. To make matters worse, I didn’t receive the cinnamon twist I had ordered. They called to offer me a free cinnamon twist with my next order, but it doesn’t feel like a gift if I’ve already paid for it. Now, I’ll have to spend extra time and money on gas for something I should have received. It's frustrating to spend nearly $60 and not receive everything I ordered. Thank you for your attention.
These folks really put in a tremendous amount of effort, and my order is always perfect. I have no complaints, especially considering how understaffed everyone seems to be these days. I would give them a solid 10 out of 10 stars. Zachary is fantastic—he was really friendly when I visited a couple of weeks ago!

First time placing an order for pick up spoke with someone and she said they can’t deliver due to lack of staff. I’m like wait I said I will pick it up then she just hung up on me! What!!! Seriously? First time customer first impression BAD BAD customer service!! Never will I go back to get anything here!
I wouldn’t give a star if I could. I've never had a good experience here. The latest was today when I tried to order lunch for my child's teachers. When I arrived to pick up the order, which the online tracker said was ready, the doors were locked and nobody answered the phone.
Tried to order online. Canceled my order after 15 mins. I called the store, no answer and it hung up on me. Tried once more cause I thought I might be a fluke, this order was canceled as well. Never had domino's before and I guess it wasn't meant to be.
Customer service and everything was definitely fine but the pizza was not the best. Maybe because it's so new they're still trying to figure out the whole pizza making process so maybe it'll be better in time but for now I'll stick with what I know.

these guys work so f*king hard, and always have my order 100% golden. no complaints at all, especially with how understaffed everyone is now.10/10 stars, and Zachary is amazing, super nice when I was in there a couple of weeks ago.
I am so sick of the excuse of being short staffed. Does that mean food quality goes out the window?
