The customer service at this restaurant was severely lacking. The supplier left my order in the loading area, even after I informed them that it had been canceled. They initially claimed my order was ready, so I asked why it would be canceled if they could simply deliver it to me or reorder it for me. I requested to speak with the manager, who stated she would go ahead and cancel the order. However, the person I was speaking to on the phone abruptly hung up on me, and after that, they refused to answer any further calls. This experience was incredibly rude and disappointing!
I strongly advise against placing orders online or over the phone. You'll find that someone in India takes your information, but your order may never be processed. When you arrive to pick it up, they won’t have your order ready. If you try to call back, they just redirect you to the store. Since my order was over $50, I had to pay in advance. Now I’m left with the hassle of disputing the charge with my bank. This overseas call center operation isn’t effective at all. Domino’s really needs to reassess this policy!
I think the reviews really capture the situation well. It took two hours for my order to arrive, and when it finally did, it was incorrect. When I called to resolve the issue, they offered me a credit for my next order instead of a refund. I requested my money back, but that wasn't an option. It's really unfair that they keep my money due to their error. I won't be ordering from them again, and now I'm left without dinner tonight.
Do not place order online or over the phone.Someone in India will take all the info and will not place the order, when you go to pickup, they don’t have ur order, when you call the number back they just transfer back to the store, since is more then $50, you have to pay up front.Now have to call the bank to dispute the transaction.This type of call center overseas it’s really not working.Dominos should review this policy!!!!

I can't recommend this restaurant. We recently moved from Brooklyn, and my daughter is a big fan of Domino's, but our experience in West Orange was disappointing. Perhaps it's the water in New Jersey, but the pizza was dry, burnt, and arrived quite cold. I’m only giving it 2 stars because the wings were acceptable, but that’s about as far as it goes. Honestly, Pizza Hut seems like a better option in this area.

Worst experience. The service horrible.NEVER GOING TO ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN! I waited an hour and the food didn’t arrive and then called and the lady just hung up, I wasn’t rude so I don’t understand why she would hang up on me. I wish I read the reviews because all of them say the exact thing i am saying. Also never rely on the delivery it is horrible the place can’t do their joke.
Don 't do it. They take forever for delivery (I 'm going on over an hour and a half. When you try to call no one answers. You 're on hold for 5 minutes then the call drops. When you finally reach someone, you 're told I 'm the only one in a store. Mind you it 's a Football Sunday. Why do you only have one person working in a pizza store on a football Sunday?

I call them for a medium pie to carry out. It took me 10 minute to drive at the store. When I arrived, they said they didn’t make the pizza yet. So I started waiting. I waited for 25 minutes then they brought me 4 pizza which I didn’t order. They didn’t make my pizza.
