About two years ago, the experience wasn't very good, but every order I've placed in the last eight months has been fantastic! This is the only restaurant in the entire Lumberton/Pembroke area that delivers to my home. My orders have always been exactly how I like them. I order online for delivery, and the drivers are always prompt and friendly. My food has consistently arrived correct, fresh, and hot!
I have been ordering pizza delivery from the Pembroke Domino's since it opened. However, in the past month, they informed me that they no longer deliver to my area, even though I see them delivering to locations farther down the road.

I found a roach egg in my pizza, and my order was incorrect. They refused to give me a refund. The customer service was terrible, and the employees spent their time arguing with me on social media instead of resolving their mistake.
