I've had some minor issues with this restaurant in the past, but this recent experience was particularly frustrating. I ordered a pizza for delivery online and tracked it as it was supposed to be on its way. Once the tracker indicated that the delivery driver had left the store, I went outside and waited on the veranda for 30 minutes. When I called the restaurant, I only reached a voicemail, and no one answered my call. After another 10 minutes of waiting, I decided to head over in person and discovered that the driver hadn't even left the building. When I finally got my food from the window, it was only warm! The service was quite lacking.
Tonight reminded me why I stopped ordering from this Domino's. I placed my order through the app, thinking it would save me from waiting in line. However, I've been here for over 40 minutes and still haven't received my order, which I paid for almost 50 minutes ago. I definitely won't be coming back. It's not my idea of a customer-first experience to pay for poor treatment and disrespect from the staff. There was no sense of urgency; it was simply unacceptable.
I HATE THAT I CAN'T TAKE OFF THE ONE STAR THAT'S THERE Service is horrible they never come, they will tell you they attempted to verify order by calling but I have yet to get a phone call when you realize that it has been to long and call they tell you that the order has been cancelled this location has done this more than once I'm shocked that they are still in business. They shut Pizza Hut down and keep this trash!!!
It's been several years since we last had Domino's, but my oldest son and I decided to go online and customize our favorite pizzas. We were not disappointed! They didn't hold back on any of the toppings! Everything we ordered with double or extra was delivered just as we requested, and then some! I probably should have looked for some coupons before placing the order, but it was definitely worth it! Réservez une table maintenant
