This restaurant has its highs and lows. While the delivery can be quick at times, it can also be slow, which is somewhat typical for a pizza place. I had a frustrating experience one evening when I opted to pick up my pizza, hoping to get it quicker. I monitored the tracker and saw that our pizza was marked as ready, so we drove the ten minutes to the restaurant. However, once we arrived, we were informed that the pizza would actually take a few more minutes to finish. After waiting an additional 20-25 minutes, we finally got our order. This place is terrible. Last time I ordered, it took them over four hours to deliver my pizza. When I called, they asked if I wanted to pick it up instead, saying it would be faster. If I wanted to pick it up, I would have, but I specifically requested delivery. They eventually gave me a replacement meal, but the manager on duty was difficult to deal with. I will never order from here again. It's ironic because I live in Calhoun and only ordered from this location while at my mom's house. Food is good but this particular one has horrible service. The manager was unprofessional when they forgot something by making a ton of excuses. It was the second time and when I called he argued first. It was the 2nd time they had forgotten. They also accidentally put my order in as done so I went to get it. It wasn't done and had not even been started. I stood there for 20 minutes. One of the guys made a comment about I can just wait like everyone else. I wouldn't have come up there had they not put it was done on the tracker. No apology from anyone. I always leave feeling annoyed because they are just rude.
I placed an order online with Domino's Pizza, but an hour and a half later, my food still hadn't arrived. When I called to check, I was told the driver had knocked and rung the doorbell, but no one answered. However, I had been sitting on my front porch the entire time and never saw anyone come by. I even noticed a missed call on my phone, likely from the driver, about an hour after placing the order. They promised to send another driver, but that never happened. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from Domino's Pizza again, despite their tempting menu.

I've never had a major problem with my pizza orders. Sometimes, when they're really busy, it might take a little longer, but that's understandable. The staff is always polite, whether I'm in the store or receiving a delivery, and they definitely don't skimp on the toppings when making your pizza.
I ordered three large pizzas and picked them up myself. There's a staff member named Bobby who works there, and he's such a great guy! Make sure to take care of him because good help is hard to come by. He truly is a diamond in the rough! Thank you for your kindness!
I can't say I've encountered many problems here, unlike some others. There was one occasion when I was informed that my pizza was ready, but they hadn't actually started preparing it. Overall, however, my experience with their delivery service has been quite good.
I placed a delivery order to Trinity Rail on Grassdale Rd. Since I couldn't receive it until Monday but wanted pizza, I called in my order. The delivery was quick, and the driver was friendly and courteous.
