I had a free pizza coupon because of a late and crushed box about 2 weeks ago. This had been a go to place for a couple years but the last 2 months have been abysmal. I waited over 2 hours for an order and then got a text it wqas canceled.Today, afterwaiting an hour from when the tracker said delivery was complete, I requested a refund. I had the worse customer service experience here and I do intend on reporting the manager, at this location to the headquarters. The lady who worked second shift claimed to be a manager but can 't even correctly put a address in while placingan order. I waited over an hour just to find out she put in the wrong address and then suggested my food would be cold so Icould just heat it up in a microwave, which is laughable. The woman was very unapologetic, rude and abnoxious. I asked for themanager and said she was one and even went as far to say she didn 't care if she was reported to headquarters. What’s cooler than cool? Ice cold—that’s exactly how my $40+ order arrived. I understand these are unusual times, but I called 45-50 minutes after placing my order to check on its status. The person on the phone said I was second in line for delivery since there was only one driver. Second? I ordered right when the store opened. He asked me to wait another 15-20 minutes. After nearly an hour, that seemed unreasonable. I asked if my food would still be hot upon arrival and was told the food is only prepared just before delivery. I usually don’t leave negative reviews since I work in food service and think reviews don’t help much. However, this Domino’s location missed parts of our order and didn’t fix it when we reached out. They forgot toppings and sides, promised to bring the missing items but never did, and then refused to issue a refund. It was just a small pizza, and we were polite throughout. With social distancing and the stress of unemployment, my boyfriend and I wanted to treat ourselves to lift our spirits, but this Domino’s ended up doing the opposite.

Okish Pizza most of the times. Sometimes the toppings are off. This is double pineapple double chicken large ???? Updating Review based on my latest order. I ordered double chicken,pineapple pizza. When i got it I see there was no pineapple on it. Anddefinitely chicken was unevenly distributed, can't say if it was double. Disappointed on quality. On calling them i was offereda credit for pizza, but really sounded like they don't bother about customer experience and inconvenience.
Ordered a pizza without mushrooms and received a pizza loaded with mushrooms. Also pizza was delivered with boxes on top so all the cheese was stuck to the inside of the top of the box. Called the store to resolve the order issue and was told by theso-called manager, who would not give her name, that the only way she could refund the money for the pizza we could not eatbecause of the mushrooms was to rekey the order which would be a hassle. Nice customer service Domino's.
I ordered 2x in the last month. The first time it took over 2.5 hrs on a Sunday afternoon, refused to pay. The last time was this week at 4pm and the tracker never showed when the driver was leaving or accurate updates. Got called 6x by driver andstore, they could not figure out my 4 story, large brick building, on corner, entrance with lobby and phone.They did refund my . Next time I will use spotlight and signal flares.
The person who answered the called was such in a bad mood refused to give me info of specials,the way he answered the called and the way he carried it was almost like he really hate working there(I mean,do u have to b so obvious? I didn?t even get to place my order ,btw I asked if there?s anyone else that I could talk to he said he is there alone so I couldn?t even put the complaint to a manager.

I'm fairly certain that Domino's Pizza struggles with basic instructions, such as straightforward addresses. Spending $40 was definitely a learning experience. The menu seemed promising, but the delivery left much to be desired.
