I received a delivery from Domino's that I didn't order. It turns out that someone from a nearby town with the exact same address had placed the order. I've accidentally ended up at their house a few times because of GPS confusion. I called the store and spoke with the manager, who was very nice. He told me to keep the order since they were already remaking it for the actual customer. I figured the least I could do in return was give this store a 5-star review for the unexpected free pizza—it truly made our day!
I must say, this was truly the best customer service and food I have ever experienced from any restaurant! I placed my order online, and just ten minutes later, I heard a knock at my door. Although I live only about five minutes away, that was impressively quick. The delivery driver was polite and professional. As for the food, it far surpassed my expectations—it was the best I've ever had from any Domino's! I highly recommend the Domino's in Pittston, PA. You won't be let down!
They delivered my order to the wrong address and told me they would remake it for me but after 45 minutes of waiting the manager told me the driver said it was the right house and never sent it.
