I wasn't going to post this, I tried calling the location FIRST...was caught up in their calling queue. kept pressing #1 to talk to someone..but the commercials kept playing for 5 minutes. I Ordered a Gluten Free Pizza with extra cheese and sausage. They Over Cooked the Pizza AGAIN- seems ALL Their location Do This. What made it WORSE was I had a HAIR on one of the slices. Don't they wear Hair nets any more??? SEE BOTH PHOTOS ATTACHED. This probably would have been resolved with a phone call, however their commercial are most important than the customers issues and complaints. I am VERY Dissatisfied!! I paid $20.51 for a 10 pizza they didn't get it right. I should be offered my money back or...
It’s nearly impossible to get your order right here. Everything comes out either burnt or overcooked, no matter what time of day you order. I had high hopes for my meal, but today’s pizza arrived cold and tasteless, like it had been reheated from leftovers. The cheese was so clumpy and unappetizing that I couldn't even bring myself to eat it. It wasn’t even melted properly. What a disappointment! The gluten-free pizza is way overpriced for this level of quality. I’m still feeling unwell from the last pizza I had.
Good food, horrible customer service. I tried to speak with a staff member on the phone to ask a question and she kept bombarding me with ?pick up or delivery? and had an attitude. I think the staff should be trained on how to speak to people in an educated manner. We?re just trying to buy food, it?s not our fault you?re having a bad day. If you?re paying for something you at least deserve respect; the food is not free.
The sign at the entrance says that masks are required, but when I entered, I noticed that none of the staff were wearing masks or gloves. They were chatting amongst themselves while preparing food in a cramped space. It's frustrating. At the very least, I wish they would wear their masks below their noses to breathe but cover their mouths so that their saliva doesn’t get on the food that customers will be eating.
