Domino's Pizza - Réservation de table

I typically take my time before writing a review because I prefer to assess the consistency of a restaurant's service. Over the past four years, I've ordered from this Domino’s Pizza in North Providence, RI, almost every week or at least every other week, and they have been reliably excellent. The online ordering process is straightforward, and my food arrives exactly as I ordered it—always hot! The delivery drivers are consistently on time, friendly, and professional. There were a few occasions when I called to place my orders because I wasn't home at the time, and they were always very accommodating.

The team that worked on Friday night, 11/19, deserves a raise, including the delivery driver. Not only was that the best cake I've ever had from Domino's, but the pizza was perfectly hot upon arrival, and I even got a complimentary lava cake. (And I've lived in New Haven, CT for two years!) I've ordered from this place before and always enjoyed the pizza, but this time I was genuinely impressed. My girlfriend and I usually order once a week, typically on Sundays, but we need to start switching to Fridays now.

The pizza was excellent, but I found it quite off-putting when the attendant at the counter referred to me as "boss." I believe it's disrespectful for a customer to be addressed that way. While the pizza was enjoyable, the wings were not served hot at all, though they were still tasty (albeit on the smaller side). Overall, the food was good, but I think the manager should remind their staff not to refer to customers as "boss" when greeting them. It's not a very professional approach.

The quality check and delivery took a total of 30 minutes, making it almost an hour for my entire order, which included a medium pizza and bread bites. The service was disappointing, and the pizza arrived cold. Réservez une table maintenant

The service was quick, and I appreciated that they called to let me know when they were out of the item I wanted. Additionally, the staff in the van were very courteous.

Pizza was very greasy. Even after dabbing top of pizza with paper towels the bottom/box was one big grease spot. Very disappointed

The pizza took about 5-10 minutes to prepare. It was hot, ready, and absolutely delicious! Réservez une table maintenant
