I had a very disappointing experience with Domino's pizza. Not only was my order never delivered, but they also charged my card. When I tried to call and speak to someone about the issue, they refused to help and hung up on me. I have tried calling multiple times on May 22nd and 23rd with no response. I will now contact my bank and file a complaint about this terrible service and unauthorized charge on my card. This was my first time ordering from them and it was a complete letdown.
The Dominos Pizza franchise in question lacks knowledge of Dominos policies and workplace hygiene practices. They are unable to provide information or resolve issues with online orders, and do not provide confirmation emails or texts. Additionally, they are unable to explain why delivery charges apply to each pizza delivered to the same address. The staff's lack of respect for the brand and disregard for customers has led to a decision to never order from Dominos again.
My partner is a highly sensitive coeliac and misses a lot of food she used to be able to eat. The domino’s in Beenleigh have yet to disappoint us with their gluten free pizzas. We have ordered many times from them and she has not...once been sick from their pizzas. They are delicious and well made.
I ordered online, but when the pizza arrived, it looked nothing like it should have. We ordered the loaded pepperoni pizza and the picture looked amazing. However, when we opened the box, it only had about half of the toppings that were shown in the picture. Réservez une table maintenant
Domino's has become my local pizza place of choice... they always are on time when I go to pick up and I must admit that their vegetarian is so good that it may tempt me away from my carnivore habits...
ordered the New Yorker Pizza and what a mistake, not cooked properly not cut properly, pulled a slice off and the top of the Pizza came away from the bottom, this happened with every slice.
