Never had an issue with this store until today. Ordered online 3 pizzas garlic bread and a box of churros. GPS tracking advised me that delivery driver was here so I went and waited by the door 5 mins later still no one arrived, it had almost been 10 mins before the delivery driver pulled up. I ordered online in order to receive my ice cream on time, but it was not ready when I arrived. I was not happy with the 10% Sunday surcharge and felt uncomfortable being recommended to pay the staff's wages. I had to wait a long time before my order was finally prepared. I was charged an extra 75 cents for two ice creams. After waiting for 10 minutes, I received my pizza, but then had to wait another 8 minutes while they served other customers. Eventually, they informed me that they were out of a specific item and offered me a frappe instead. I asked for a refund, but was charged a surcharge by everyone present. I suggested to the staff that not everyone should have to pay a 10% surcharge....
