Waited on hold for almost 30 minutes for a delivery that showed as “completed” on the app but never came. Had to drive all the way to the store and when I got there it was empty, and the guy had the nerve to tell me they couldn’t pick up because it was “busy.” This place has definitely earned every one of its poor reviews.
Horrible customer service. Driver missed one item. when i stay in call almost half an hour to inform them. They cannot speak English well, so they hang up on me without solving the problem. my kids love domino. But i don't understand why this franchise allow them to destroy their name.
I don't know why they messed up the order today. it is suspected to have whole pizza with paprika, bark meat and spinat and just left side with pineapple..plus the pizza was a little burned on the side. last time I order was okay. but this time I think they could do better.
Really bad service. Never going to order again from here. Paid for 64 bread bites and got only 32. I called to ask for the rest of the stuff so I can go and pickup but they just put me on hold for more than one hour and disconnected me. The worst customer service ever. Réservez une table maintenant
I wish I could give them 0 stars. THEY ARE HORRIBLE they will still your money then hang up on you. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.
